2018: The Foundation Year in Review

The Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation’s mission is to support children, families, Veterans and pets through fundraising, volunteer efforts and charitable partnerships … and we had a pretty amazing year, doing just that.

Our financial support helped the following non-profit organizations this year: Arizona LEOS, Paradise Valley Community College, Harvest Compassion Center & Mitchell Swaback Charities, The Arizona Chapter of The American Academy of Pediatrics, March of Dimes, Service Dog Fund, Corp., MIKID and Southwest Veterans Foundation. Our Chamber of Commerce also has supported other charities in other ways (through donations of needed items, making connections, volunteering and more), including the Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation, Hemp Legacy Foundation, the Franciscan Renewal Center, Arizona LEOS, OCJ Kids, The Arizona Chapter of The American Academy of Pediatrics, March of Dimes, Service Dog Fund, Corp., MIKID, Pawsitive Friendships, Paradise Valley Emergency Food Bank, Arf-Anage Dog Rescue, Faith’s Animal Rescue, HopeKids Arizona, Helping Hands for Freedom, The Delia Foundation, North Valley Symphony Orchestra, The Salvation Army, Southwest Veterans Foundation, Teen Lifeline, Phoenix Rescue Mission, Saving Orphan Souls Rescue and The Exchange Club of Scottsdale.

Together, the Phoenix Metro Chamber Foundation and the Phoenix Metro Chamber of Commerce have donated more than $25,000 to local charities this year, thousands of hours of volunteer hours this year and thousands of toys, items of clothing, non-perishable food, household items, pet food, pet supplies and other Bare Necessities Campaign donations this year. We also have donated a countless amount of silent auction items, raffle items and items for prize bags to various charities.

Next year, we hope to expand our efforts to touch more charities, donate more needed items, raise more money and help give back to the community.
